The symptoms you reported (loss of appetite, nauseous, pelvic pain and cramps) are not specific enough for any definitive diagnosis to be given. As a matter of fact, many of the symptoms are commonly found in women in pregnancy and do not have any significant meaning.
The fainting, the headache, and the nausea might be related to low blood pressure that causes insufficient blood supply, especially in areas of the body like the head. They might also be related to insufficient blood capability for oxygen transport. The last might be caused by anemia.
You might want to visit your gynecologist to check your blood work and to have a physical examination and ultrasound scan to check the health of the baby in order to rule out any serious causes for the cramps.
