After much research I have established I have hypoglycemia, no thanks to any doctors I have seen over the years. I have done an illimination diet and am eating very healthily, but I still get wierd symptons usually mid-morning.

I start to feel strange on the left side of my head and weakness in my left arm and start to repeat things in my head (ie inability to concentrate). I eat something straight away and start to feel normal again!?

Does anyone else have this sensation?
