A white discharge and smelly odor might be related to a vaginal and/or urine infection. You might want to visit your gynecologist and have: vaginal physical exam, urine culture, and vaginal smear. This might reveal if any infection is present and what treatments are needed (antibiotics in bacterial infections and antifungal medications in fungal infections).
