hello.

i am a young man in my mid 20s, and for the last 3 days i have had a continual pain in my groin.

at first i thought it was a groin strain, just a pulled muscle or something, but it became obvious when just sitting around the house that the discomfort was coming from either my right testicle, or just above it. im still not sure, but i think its coming from the cord that leads into the right testicle.

i think the the testicles were slightly enlarged, but i cant be sure of that, they seem to be back to their normal size now but the pain is still there.

the right cord felt perhaps slightly bigger than the left one, but now seems to be back to normal.

its difficult for me to describe this accurately, as im not sure if im just finding something wrong because of the pain, or if things have actually been swollen.

does anyone know what these symptons are?

i did a test, and i cant find any lumps or anything obviously wrong, but im aware of some discomfort still, on the right side of my groin, above the testicle and next to the penis is about as close to locating it as i can get.

any advice will be received with thanks. if the pain doesnt go within a few days, i will go to see my doctor.
