Sleep Disorders Answer A5578

Given the data you provided, you might be suffering from somniloquy or sleep-talking. The symptoms occur in the REM sleep phase, or when shifting from one NREM sleep phase to another. The condition itself is harmless, but it can make other people feel unpleasant. No scientifically proved reason has been detected, and no treatment for this condition is available.
