You would like to know whether the cause of the tightness in your temples, forehead, numbness in your nose, teeth and jaw as well as the pressure in your eyes may be sinusitis.

During sinusitis pain appears in the forehead, between the eyes and in the cheeks in the jaws right above the upper teeth. Usually there are additional symptoms like blockage of the nose air flow and water-like or colored mucus nasal discharge.

Given your symptoms of pain in your forehead, numbness of your nose, teeth and jaws, it is likely that you may experience sinusitis. However, according to the symptoms dizziness, pain or tightness in your temples and pressure in your eyes, may indicate that they are caused by the migraines that you experience.

You may consider seeing a neurologist for further information about the treatment of the migraines. You may also see your doctor if you experience any of the symptoms common from sinusitis listed above.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as a neurologist for further advice, diagnosis and treatment option.
