Q: Symptoms of pregnancy and anxiety

i have been looking up pregnancy signs because im afraid i might be pregnant. alot of feelings and stuff that im getting are the same as what i have read and heard about. i just wanted to know if this has anything to do with pregnancy-> a few dayz ago i went to sleep just fine. i didnt feel sick or anything. and in the middle of my sleep i had got back pain, neck pain, a headache, stuffy nose, like my whole body hurt and i felt really weak. then i would be outside and i would get dizzy out of nowhere. also i lost my appetite and when i DO eat something it makes me want to throw up. i have just been feeling very different and im scared i might just be pregnant but i want to know if these are signs before i take a test because i dont want false hope.. if you know what i mean?.. so can anyone help me?

Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A4429

All those symptoms mean nothing. The first serious symptom of pregnancy is missing the expected period. Since your periods are irregular you can’t know when your period should come so you can’t rely on this symptom. The only thing you can do is to take a home pregnancy test.
