Q: Symptoms of paranoia

What is an illness where someone sounds insane they say crazy things. For example saying someone is out to get them or wants to poisen them. Other thing is he blames people for things they never did, dispises everyone thinks they mean harm to him, looks into space doesnt listen when you speak, sounds angry all the time a bit lazy? what is this???

The symptoms you reported might indicate paranoia. If there is a psychiatric illness then the paranoia might be a part of psychotic illnesses (including schizophrenia), or other non-psychotic diagnoses, such as paranoid personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. There are also certain medications that can cause paranoia. A person with paranoid symptoms should seek help from a psychiatrist.
