It seems possible that the symptoms you reported (fever, headache, body pain and urge to vomit) might be related to flu. However, these symptoms are rather non-specific because they might be found in many other conditions.
Flu is an infective disease caused by the influenza virus. It is a highly contagious disease that is airborne (spreads through air in tiny drops that come out of the respiratory system of an infected person).
The symptoms that might be related to flu include: body ache, malaise, fever, headache, nausea, and muscle pain. The condition lasts for several days and subsides on its own if it is not complicated with a subsequent bacterial infection.
Since antibiotics are ineffective against viruses, the only recommended treatment against flu is taking antipyretics, and enough fluids to avoid dehydration. Rest is also recommended to keep your strength and to prevent getting infected with an additional bacterial infection.
You might want to visit a specialist in infective diseases if the fever turns worse or the flu lasts for more than seven days.
