i have fibro and i wondered if anyone gets
loud cracking noises in the neck,breast
bone,hips,anckles and knees,the worst pain
is in my back and shoulders my breast bone
gets very stiff and aches and then makes a
loud cracking noise when i stretch out
sometimes i cant even brush my hair its so
painfull.
the drugs i am on are for
inflamation,headaches and allround pain,i
feel tired every miniute of the day even
if i have slept for six or seven hours but
if i stay in bed all my muscles feel like
they are tightning and cramping and then i
cant move very well.

i have tryed physio i have tried swimming,
yoga and now i just take meds and try to
walk alot when i feel right.
i take
tramadol,pizottifen,amitriptyline,naprotec
,cytotec, but they dont seem to be doing
much i had physio 2 days ago and i feel
more twisted and stiffer than ever!

Have you tried other forms of water
therapy (hot tub,jacuzzi)?
Do you notice you feel better in warmer
weather compared to cold?
Sometime physical therapy makes our
symptoms worse if we don't have a
therapist who knows about fibro. Have you
ever tried massage therapy?
