i have fibro and i wondered if anyone gets loud cracking noises in the neck,breast bone,hips,anckles and knees,the worst pain is in my back and shoulders my breast bone gets very stiff and aches and then makes a loud cracking noise when i stretch out sometimes i cant even brush my hair its so painfull.
the drugs i am on are for inflamation,headaches and allround pain,i feel tired every miniute of the day even if i have slept for six or seven hours but if i stay in bed all my muscles feel like they are tightning and cramping and then i cant move very well.
