What can i do to improve the situation, i believe my doctor miss diagnosed and hasnt looked at the cause of the soreness wich i think is caused by the continual leakage.

Current medical status: I FREQUENTLY HAVE A SORE BOTTOM, I CLEAN MYSELF THOROUGHLY BUT CAN GO TO THE TOILET LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER AND IT'S AS THOUGH I HADNT CLEANED MYSELF. THIS I HAVE TO REPEAT FOR MOST OF THE DAY
Current medical treatment: i AM USING TCP ANTISEPTIC CREAM EVEN THOUGH IT STINGS A LOT I FIND THIS IS THE ONLY OINTMENT THAT HAS ANY IMMEDIATE EFFECT ON THE SORENESS

According to the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing fecal incontinence. There are many possible reasons for fecal incontinence, including: muscle damage due to a pelvic tumor, nerve damage due to a long-term constipation or a loss of storage capacity. You might want to visit a gastroenterologist for examinations like: anorectal ultrasonography, proctography or proctosigmoidoscopy. The treatment might include both surgical procedures and medications (antipropulsive drugs).
