Thank yoiu for your question on ehealthforum.com

It is normal to fee some kind of strain or pulling effect when you are looking at the extreme directions for a long duration. It is also commong to feel eye strain, pain radiating to the back of the eye during an attack of migraine which may be associated with flashes, nausea and zig zag shapes in the field of vision.

Wearing contact lenses is not without risk when proper hygienic measures are not observed. It is very essential to wash your hands thoroughly when handling contact lenses. Avoid excessive wear of contact lenses, should always be worn for prescribed hours. It is hazardous to go to bed with contact lenses unless they are extended wear lenses suitable for keeping them for long periods. Any discomfort in a contact lens wearer must immediately be looked into, so please make an appointment to see your ophthalmologist immediately. Thank you.
