Having your period is a pretty big indictation that you're not pregnant.
The other symptoms are experienced with pregnancy... but usually not until a few weeks after a missed period. Your hormone levels wouldn't be high enough at only 9 days to produce so many different symptoms. Because those symptoms are also caused by other factors, they're not reliable by themselves for predicting a pregnancy.
As for the symptoms themselves, quite a few of them are common for PMS and menstruation - namely the cramping, tiredness, tender breasts and dehydration. The bleeding gums could be from slight swelling due to the weather becoming colder, or maybe you brushed a bit harder than normal. Obviously I don't know the exact reason for your symptoms, but these are just a few ideas as to what they might be caused by.
I'm sorry it hasn't happened for you this month

hopefully it will happen soon! Good luck.
