I had already asked "drink a lot of water after consuming food(lunch/dinner) around 2 litres. Is it good or bad. Will it make my digestion power less or put on more weight?" doctor had asked for more details like:
The amount of water consumed after lunch - 1 litres (no cold water) and after dinner its 2 litres.
Frequency - 6 to 7 times a day
quanitity - may be 100-150ml (normally)
after consumption of water it increases.

Can you let me know if its diabetes insipidus as you said?

Four litres is still within normal range of daily water intake. Urinating six to seven times daily is normal when taking so much water. Diabetes insipidus is not likely, because no night urination was reported. In diabetes insipidus urination occurs at daytime, as well as at night.
