Current medical status: I have a colds, that clear watery like liquid is coming out from my nose. It's clogged that i have to breathe through my mouth sometimes and when ever i go to sleep
Current medical treatment: over the counter medication for colds

Given the symptoms you provided, you might be experiencing chronic rhinitis. Chronic rhinitis can be caused by infection or an allergy. In case of infective chronic rhinitis, a nose and throat swab with antibiogram might determine the exact germ and its in-vitro sensitivity to antibiotics. If an allergy causes the chronic rhinitis, than nasal corticosteroid drugs with nasal decongestants might be helpful. Determining and avoiding the exact allergen with adequate tests would completely solve the problem.
