After moving around trying to make it go away i started to get nauseous so i got up and went to the bathroom. after trying to go number 2 for a few minutes i had diarrhea and after about 6-7 minutes of that the pain went away and i went back to sleep.this morning when i woke up again at about 6am i didn't get hungry until about 11 o'clock. all of these are symptoms of appendicitis do i have it or is it something else? as of right now i dont really have any pain but it is kind of sore like i did a bunch of crunches .

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum.

The symptoms described do not appear to be due to appendicitis.

Abdominal cramps, nausea, diarrhea are symptoms of a probable food poisoning or acute gastroenteritis.

You might seek a opinion from your doctor, who can examine you and then determine the exact cause of your symptoms.

I hope this helps.
