hey everyone! last year i was really sick for 6 months, and during that time period i developed anxiety problems. now from time to time i get the symptoms without actually having a panic attack and things like that. i have been experiencing some weird symptoms now, but im not sure if its anything. so i just decided to ask you guys! so last saturday i got really badly drunk (stupid me), and i havent drank like that for about 4 or 5 years. i threw up countless times until there was no more inside me. ever since then, i have been getting these weird symptoms. i would say its a hangover, but hangovers usually dont last a week. but i have these symptoms:

-feeling hot on the inside when on the outside im fine
-tired, sore for no reason
-spacing out alot, not able to focus
-get out of breathe more easily than normal
-absolutly NO sex drive, i didnt even want my boyfriend to put the moves on me
-irritability
-short fuse, easily angered

im not around my period at all, and these arent usually symptoms of my period anyway. do you just think maybe that my body is stressed out from last saturday? cause i did put my body in shock, in a sense. ive tried to do breathing techniques to help, but i already breathe through my belly, and those techniques do not help. does anyone have any advice? or could this be something else? thank you for your time.

Sorry - can't help you with this one. I would check with my family dr. if I were you. Too much alcohol (alcohol poisoning?) can be disastrous for many people. Before worrying about unusual feelings that might be caused by stress and anxiety, check out your physical health.
Best wishes
