According to the data you reported (weakness, feeling exhausted, sleepy, recent cesarean section, detected severe anemia), the symptoms you feel might be related to the anemia. Anemia is a condition in which the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood is decreased.

Hemoglobin is the main transporter of oxygen from the lungs to each cell in the body. There are various types of anemia depending on the concentration of hemoglobin in the red blood cells and the actual size of the red blood cells.

The symptoms associated with anemia include: feeling of weakness and fatigue, poor concentration, and an increased heart rate to compensate for the poor oxygen supply.

You might want to visit your family doctor to check for the exact reason for the anemia and adequately treat it. If there is a low iron concentration in the blood, you might be advised to take iron supplements.
