Q: Symptoms of an ear infection

Both ears are red and puffy, the left ear lobe skin has came off with the earring, I took out. I cant see the holes on either ear. What should I do? She in only 15 months old so I don't wanna burn her is there something I can put on her that doesn't burn?

“Red and puffy ears” sound like a type of inflammation. Inflammation could be due to an infection or allergy. You should bring your baby to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
