Current medical status: Medically I am good, feels weakness in gums. Gums bleed often

Current medical treatment: No Treatment

Given the symptoms you had 6 years ago (penis swelling, rash, itching, burning peeing...) you probably had a urinary-genital infection or allergic reaction. Todays itching could also be due to the same reasons (infection or allergy) as 6 years ago.

You may want to consult a dermatovenerologist about your condition.
