Penile fracture is a rare injury of the penis that is characterized with severe pain, hematoma (blood under skin or mucosa), popping or cracking sound and immediate flaccidity.
According to the information you reported, it is more likely that you might have torn the frenulum of the penis which is a cord of connective tissue between the lower side of the glans penis and the foreskin. In certain men, the frenulum might be too short causing the glans penis to be more or less bent down. When the frenulum is torn, pain is felt and small bleeding might be present.
Given the fact that the glans of your penis is now more upward than before, this is a more likely condition that penile fracture.
However, since a penile fracture is a rather serious condition which might be cause for future irreversible erectile dysfunction, you are highly advised to visit a urologist for a physical examination.
