My boyfriend is 16 years old and is having some really severe chest pains whenever he breathes, and he says it feels as if the circulation is getting cut off on his left arm. Just yesterday his whole arm turned very pale and started shaking, but went away within 10 minutes. This has happened about 2 times yesterday and today it will not go away. Also, every time he moves a certain way his heart started racing agian and it was nearly impossible for him to breath. Do you have any suggestions? Please help. Should he see a doctor immediately?
