According to the symptoms you provided, you might be experiencing trigeminal neuralgia. The pain in trigeminal neuralgia is very strong and located in the areas where the trigeminal nerve receives the sensations from. The pain is usually very strong. It also occurs paroxysmally. Unfortunately, there is often no cure for trigeminal neuralgia. Carbamazepine is the first line treatment, but analgesic, chiropractic manipulation and surgery in severe cases are also options.
