Current medical status: back surgore, diabit, blood pressure

According to the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing tinnitus. Tinnitus is a perception of sound in the human ear without any external source. If the tinnitus is pulsatile, then it might be related to increased blood turbulence due to atherosclerosis. Other possible causes for the blood turbulence might include a carotid artery aneurysm.

You might want to visit an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to examine the ear (both the medium and the inner ear) for conductive and sensorineural hearing loss.

Meanwhile, you might want to try various over-the-counter products that decrease the blood turbulence or increase the flow of nutrients to the neural cells. If you are fond of herbal medicine, you might want to try using products with Ginkgo Biloba.
