Symptoms after unprotected sex

Well i had unprotected sex, and oral sex 3 days ago and these are my symptoms
-rashes
-yellow discharge
-tongue feels funny, like it's burnt? on the left side you can clearly see something starting to form
-2 bumps on the very end of either side of my lip (on the lip, not the lining of my lip)
-feeling weak
-not being able to eat
-dirrehea, (when i go and wipe, sometimes theres blood)
the guy said he was clean, and that he gets checked every month so i was thinking that maybe it's just mano? but im not sure. I'm 16 years old and that was my first time having sex. My sister said it might have been from drinking alochol but i'm not sure.
