I've been suffering from depression/anxiety disorder since I was 19(25 years old now). I'm currently taking amitriptyline and olanzapine and have been taking it at a steady dose for about 6-7 months (225mg amitriptyline, 5mg olanzapine). I've gained close to 30 kilos over the last year.

In October I started experiencing pins and needles sensations on my feet. I ignored them as a minor inconvenience. Now in december it has become more and more frequent (5-10 times a day and about 10-15 days of the month), and it also affects my arms and back. When they are most intense they resemble an itching/burning sensation but itching does not alleviate them. They occur frequently when I am driving, going up stairs, running or simply laying in bed.

Testing sugar levels at this time and others showed normal sugar levels (in the 80's). Blood pressure and heart rate these days are my usual (<140/100, >110bpm ie sinus tachycardia acc to cardiologist).

Going over an MRI I took in March reveals a white matter lesion in one of the slices (to my UNTRAINED eye). Having researched symptoms of MS, i can also say i have also been having double (or rather triple) vision since at least June, which i ignored as I'd rather read a little slower than be depressed, and have also had bladder control problems for the last year, where the urge to go to the bathroom is unbearable and god forbid im in a car somewhere.

I'm worried, does what I am detailing describe a presentation of MS? or can this be something related to my weight gain? Could my neurologist have missed the lesion seeing as it was on a single frame and because he was convinced from the start that my depression symptoms were unrelated to neurological problems?
