I am 35 fit healthy, great nutrition and cycle daily drink lots of water etc. I have always been the correct weight and slim but over the past two months my stomach has been swelling to the point which i look pregnant. The rest of my body is the same as usual. Am not pregnant,i have had two children the last was three years ago. Two weeks ago I collapsed on the toilet after severe pain in my left side, just below ribs and lost control of my bowels and fainted. I thought i may have had a bug of some sort but did not feel ill after just exhausted and fell asleep. I have had two incidences of acute pain just under my navel both whilst bending at work, so painful i could not stand up properley for few minutes. Day to day I feel ok,but more tired than usual and have what feels like almost constant period cramps, and occasional back ache sometimes severe usually just there aching. I haven't been to the doctor as yet i am planning to but I just wondered if anyone could help me with ideas on what could be wrong. Or if these symptoms are common I am frightened as have always been healthy and taken good care of myself.
