Ever since my breasts have been developing they've had vary large hard bumpy lumps in them, and I've been developing since I was nine(?). The hardness takes up about half of the flesh in my breast, and it has been sore since it developed seven years ago. My breasts are large and very heavy, with large visibly veins with run through my aerolas and sometimes bulge through the skin. My aerolas are always swollen, and very large with a really small nipple, the colour of my aerola varying between medium pink and a pink so pale you can almost not tell where the nipple begins. Basically, I'm wondering why my breasts are like this, sore, heavy, swollen and veiny. I'm definately not pregnant- I'm a lesbian with a girlfriend so that's ruled out completely.

Without examining you, I cannot offer a specific diagnosis, However, breast development varies considerably between women. If you have any enlarging breast lumps or nipple bleeding/discharge, then you should be evaluated further by your doctor.
