Yesterday morning i woke up with a severe sore throat. I took some ibprofin, echinacea, and sprayed some chloraseptic max but nothing worked. The soar throat only got worse and i couldn't eat or drink anything. At the end of the day i thought i'd just sleep it off but throughout the night i woke up every hour flinging myself out of bed trying to swallow. At 1am i took more pills and became light headed so my body tried to throw stuff up but nothing came out which unfortunately made my throat hurt more. I woke up this morning with a swollen uvula and a sore throat getting even worse. i haven't eaten or barely drinken anything in 2 days and i'm becoming dehydrated, i don't know what to do, please HELP!

Tonsillitis? those suffering from tonsillitis could find that their uvula becomes inflamed too. Your doctor or physician will likely point this out to you if they diagnose you with tonsillitis.
Bacterial infection in the throat. Those suffering from the Strep Throat condition may experience uvula swelling.
To fight off the symptoms of a swollen uvula you can try to suck an ice cube to bring the temperature down, making it cooler and less irritating. Sucking an ice cube will only bring a temporary reprieve from swollen uvula symptoms however.
