I had a cyst on my back for about two years. It was about a 1/2 inch and I would drain the puss out all the time. Well, I had it removed two weeks ago. All went well, I feel okay, etc. But it is swollen to about two inches (size of a golf ball). I sit back on it and it hurts until I can get it just right. I was told this is okay and to come back in six weeks and then they will drain it if necessary. I go to the VA clinic and see a different doctor each time I go there. Is this healing okay? Should I get it checked further? I am quite worried about this. I feel it should be draining now. What is up?
