its been 2 days since this started !

i cant see the back of my throat i gotta push my tongue down to see it and i can feel my uvual resting on my tongue. i can breathe but i have difficulty taking deep breathes and yawning is painfull as well as swallowing i tried ice cream , garggling with salt and water (helped a tiny bit), taking tyenol, drinking hot chocolate and eating halls. the halls numb my throat for an hour or so. but i cant sleep like this is their anything i can do? im going to see a doc soon but until then
