swollen throat,glands,and clearing throat constantly

for a few weeks now,my parotid and sub-mandibular glands have been hard,and one day feel tender/painful,and next day feel no pain...really odd.Also,glands in left side of neck hurt and neck stiff on that side too.My saliva seems to be tingling as it is being produced above my top back teeth,and it is a strange tingling/aching sensation,also my ear hurts and jawbone too.Also have pain on both sides of bridge of nose/sinuses and feel like i have to keep clearing my throat from mucus dripping.My throat aches and feels like my tonsils hurt aswell.My voice is kind of croaky without clearing throat first,and feel need to do so every few minutes.Nasal passages are clear though.Please can someone help,im scared ive got something seriously wrong....just finished a week long course of antibiotics and still feel terrible.
