Swollen submental lymph nodes for 4 months

Im 21 years old. I have had Swollen submental lymph nodes for 4 months i have had swollen groin nodes for 3 months and continue to get new nodes in the armpit. All my blood work as came back normal.. I have been on 2 antibiotics and nodes are still swollen. My symptoms are night sweats, chills,headaches,tired,feeling sick, light headiness, lower back pain, joint pain and weakness in arms and legs and weight loss. I have dropped 2paint sizes in 2 months. I have seen 4 doctors including infectious disease doc.two docs refused to do a biopsy because of my age and the risk of having lymphoma is slim to none. My infectious disease doc is sending me to a general surgeon to finally get one done. My questions is when having lymphoma does it keep traveling to different nodes to make them swell up? and if this could be anything else besides cancer even tho i have been tested for all disease that cause swollen nodes and the blood work coming back normal.
