Dear Sir

I had a recent operation (second time) of inguinal hernia operation on the right side. What I see that right scrotum looks swollen; it does not pain. Are their fluids in their, I have yet to consult my surgeon; bit I am disappointed that after going through operation this part of problem still persists.Could you pl guide me.
