I woke up this morning and noticed the right gland in my throat was swollen and tender to the touch, but I do not have a fever or a sore throat.

Additional info don't know if this has anything to do with it;
I have chronic back issues and 2 weeks ago through my back out,(I am currently set to meet with a neurologist)but the pain has started moving down the shin.

Any thoughts?
