Hi, A few weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a guy i met in a bar, which is completely out of character of me. Well i took the mornin after pill 38hrs after and now ive got pain when peeing and a slightly swollen but very red clitiris. Its very sore and red, and sort of itchy. Im just worried it could be an STI.

Well, if you had unprotected sex with a person not well known and now have swollen, red and itchy clitoris with pain during urination, then you need to rule out UTI and STI or STD.

Please get a complete STD panel and also a urine examination. Please consult your gynecologist too. Hope this helps. Take care!
