hello all, about 3 days ago my foreskin started to itch, just below the glans. then a slightly swollen red rash showed up on the same spot. went to see the doc, who took a quick swab and a blood sugar test for diabetes but didn't seem too concerned. but today my right testical is aching quite severely. does anybody have any similar experiences? what could this be? many thanks
