Q: swollen penis tip

Greetings!

As I woke up this morning, noticed that the tip of my penis was a bit umcorftable.
To my Suprise.I noticed that that tip of my pee hole was swallowen.Looks as if my pee hole has got extra lips.it is bit more red.

Any solutions?
