Hi, I've been going to the doctor for a hard neck mass. On April 1st I had a ct scan w/contrast, it showed a swollen parotid gland. Does anybody have any knowledge or experience with such a thing? Like what would cause it, how could I releive the pressure in my neck. At least until more testing is done. I'm suppose to go back to the ENT in 3 weeks and the pressure can be quite intense. There is no pain. Thank you for any comments.
