Q: Swollen neck gland

I had a boil like apses at the back of my throat about 7 weeks ago I took some Antibiotics and it eventuatlly went away now 6 weeks later I have a swelling under my ear where my jaw bone joins that now after taking more antibiotic seems to have grown to about 1 1/2 inches long about 1 inch wide, what do you think it is I do have a bad tooth on this left side now I'm getting very worried.
