swollen lymph nodes keep on swelling .

I was having my girlfriend since 2009.Everything was fine until 2011 July when i discovered that i had Chlamydia.I went to the doctor and got medication.After about a week i started having sore throat and swollen lymph nodes.i went to the doctor and he told me to go for tests i did all the tests and i was negative,including viral load which was undetectable.my cd4 count was 840.my problem is that my lymph nodes keep on swelling and i dont know the cause.could chlamydia cause swollen nodes or its something else?i am totally freaked out right now and dont know wat to do.
