Hello I have enlarged lymph nodes in grion does not hurt. I have lost weight in the past year, back pain, excessive night sweat were it wakes me and I'm very wet.every night i went to doctor they did normal blood work it came back normal whould i still be concerned

Perhaps, although it is impossible to offer a specific diagnosis over the internet. Based upon the information that you have provided, it might be advisable to obtain a referral to a general surgeon, so that one of these enlarged lymph nodes can be biopsied to rule-out lymphoma or other forms of cancer that can affect lymph nodes.
