Swollen Lymph nodes hurting a lot!!! help

I had 2 exposures.1 with HIV/AIDS patient. 2)spit in the eye with an unknown HIV status stripper. 1st encounter, I cut my index finger in the LASIK office were I work 3/2/11. The next day 3/3/11, HIV/AIDS PT walked in & we shook hands. Obviously he touched my cut WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN AN ENTRY for the HIV VIRUS. 6 days later,sore throat infection,cold head ache,teeth pain & the back of brain was hurting,Also head ache,WHITE TONGUE!! LAsting 2, 1/2 months. 9 days later 3/12/11 Diarrhea KICKED IN with a lot intestinal gas and LOUD gurgles in my stomach. It's been 3 month NOW and the gurgles,gas,water won't go AWAY. My understanding, YOUR IMMUNE system is mainly Located in the GUT/INTESTINE. Every day my stomach gurgles,I even feel spasms in my intestine MOVING. I get diarrhea sometimes,but when get normal stools and wipe, I still see some diarrhea on the tissue. I CANNOT DIGEST FOOD NORMAL & feel bloated.
it's been 3 months NOW, also. I have been sneezing every day for 3 months. I get Joint pains too & muscles spasms on my legs and arms. I got a 2nd throat Infection on MAY 30,2011. 1st throat infection 3/9/11 took antibiotics.2nd Throat infection 05/30/11. Today, 6/11/11, I ran To the ER because under my ears near my JAW i had swollen Lymph nodes,Specially the one on the right it is swollen and red. The Dr said it was a swollen Lymph Node,aside My intestinal gut won't stop growling & gurgling, i hear it & feel it. The 2nd exposure, A stripper, spit in my eye while talking. I don't know her HIV status,but your eyes are a potential entry,maybe she had bleeding gums or blood in her saliva who knows. This happened 2 weeks ago. Tuesday 6/7/11, I asked for an HIV DNA test quant and called today 3/11/11 the front desk girl said it was negative. Also test for rapid test on 6/7/11 same day negative, but why do I have a swollen lymph node on my right jaw,it hurts and why the intestinal problem for 3 mo now and twice sore throat? Can I have HIV and the DNA HIV test and rapid saliva test could not detect yet?
in the course of 3 months I've have been experiencing:
Joint pain,specially when playing soccer.
Intestinal gas with Loud gurgles & growling moving around my intestine.
Some Diarrhea,but no frequent or major diarrhea.
Excessive bubbles in the Urine.
Can't digest food properly now.
Sneezing every day for 3 month.
Sore throat infection twice within 3 months, 3/9/11 & 5/30/11 took antibiotics
today swollen lymph nodes next to my jaw only,specially on the right side the Dr said. I CONCERNED ABOUT THE 2 EXPOSURES I HAD. Shake hand with a cut with an HIV PT and Spit in the Eye. Saliva can contain HIV that's why CDC.GOV says not to kiss for a longer period of time with someone who is HIV unknown. I did an CBC blood at the ER, it was normal. I know people can test positive after 6 Mon. I am concerned mostly about my swollen Lymph node on my right side of the jaw below my ear,not neck jaw ONLY. AND worried about the intestinal issue feeling nerve spasms and gas along with growling sounds. and every day muscle spasm on my legs.Now i see a little cold sore inside my lip very little though. My stool smells like diarrhea all the time,even if is normal. My gas smells like If i had an infection when your sick. I did endoscopy 1 mon ago normal. Stomach was little swollen. urine test normal. No one knows what I have?? Therefore, I think Hiv is the only fact behind it messing with my immune system! why did i have swollen lymph node today then 3/11/11 isn't these a sign as well has the intestinal gut & sore throat twice the Dr check my throat today and said it was a little red!!?? Throat infection twice 3/9/11 and came back 5/30/11 very suspicious. I need to another HIV test again because i think the HIV DNA test I took was not accurate or maybe too soon at 3 months of the hand shake exposure with a cut on my finger with the hiv pt and 2 weeks into the spit in the eye. Either one incident must have gotten my sick because I been coughing too,kinda dry cough. I did the last hiv test on tuesday 06/07/11 collected & reported on 06/09/11. The test is called HIV 1 DNA,qualitative pcr referrence range:not detected. However,the test says it was not performed using a kit that has been FDA approved. On sunday was last test actually 6/12/11 it was a rapid fringer prick test called clearview. It was negative. I decided to do it because the spit i had in the eye was two weeks ago by a stripper. Her spitt might of had blood who knows? Can someone get aids right away before hiv and not be detected because it went straight to aids. Just worried about my stomach gurgling feeling bubbles and not diggesting food properly for 3 mo. 90% of your immune system is in your gut,stomach. Im worried
