Hello and thank you for posting your health query on E health Forum.

Lymph node enlargement is a very common sign associated with inflammation.

Once the inflammation associated with the insect bite subsides, the node will subside on its own.

You might get help, by using NSAIDs like ibuprofen and ice packs, which will reduce the symptoms.
