Swollen lymph nodes for 2 yrs

3 palable swollen pea sized lymph nodes on the left side at the base of neck near my clavicale, 1 palable swollen pea sized lymph node on each side of the middle of my neck. A couple of them on my legs. They have been been there for almost 2 years. No decrease in size even with antibodics but i keep finding more (dont know how long the new ones have been there). 6 very large swollen lumps in chest (can see them protruding)for two years as well. Current symptoms, tender stomach, aneima cough, extreme hair loss, bone pain, migraines three or four a week, weight loss (16 pounds in two weeks), fatigue, naseua and vomiting. These symptoms have gotten worse over the last two months. Cancer runs rampant on both sides of my family. Id appreciate some ideas, i know you cant give a diagnosis. My white blood cell count is 38. My liver and spleen are swollen according to the doc. I tested negative for thyroid, lymes, autoimmune diseases mono, arthritis, diabetes. My bone scan was normal and my chest x ray was normal (those tests were done about 4/5 months ago. Doctors dont know whats wrong with me, going to an internist at the moment. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. My life is being severely affected. Thank you.

I went back to the doctor and she ordered an ultrasound of my lymph nodes and thyroid and CT scan of my abdominal area because of it being so tender and not being able to gain weight and keep vomiting and naseua. She isnt quite sure what i have but she is looking. I dont understand what an ultrasound will show other than just a picture of the lymph nodes i already have. Does anyone have any ideas at all? Why an ultrasound what would that show? What would it mean? I also just now found a soft palable mass on the right side of my chest other than the other hard immovable lumps i already have. I dont know what that means either. Please anything? Anyone?
