swollen lymph nodes for over a year, lymphoma?

I've had swollen lymph nodes for over a year. One node that is hypoechoic & fnab came back inadequate measured 3.5mm x 9.5mm in may & has grown to 5.5 mm x 12.5 mm. There is on on the side of my neck that measured in may 4.2mm x 20mm & has grown to 5.6mm x 22mm but it seems to be normal. In april I developed a high fever (104) for 5 days, lost 10 lbs in a week, fatigued, & developed muscle & joint aches. At that time all of my lymph nodes in head & neck region were so swollen it even hurt to lay me head on my pillow. All of my bloodwork at that time was normal except low monocytes. After spending the night in the hospital for testing & dehydration they found my crp levels were 41 & mild low platelet count of 113. I was also tested for mono that showed no present infection but a past infection. I'm still dealing with a persistent low grade fever, fatigue, & developed severe lower back pain(feels like in my bones) & the nodes are growing, but painless. I had a ct scan this week that showed they were normal, but i've decided to have surgery to have them removed & biopsied anyway. I've tried antibiotis & steriods nothing has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions or have had similar symptoms?
