Swollen Lymph nodes and Wharton's Ducts-reoccurring and random. A lifetime problem that has become worse. This instance has lasted since yesterday morning where before it has only lasted an hour. What is wrong and what should I do to help it?

The data you reported might be related to some local inflammation in the mouth that worsened the previously existing condition. Where is the source of inflammation and what caused the previous condition can not be told because of lack of data.
You might want to visit your dentist and have the mouth examined. If there is pain in the throat when you swallow, then the throat might be involved and you might want to visit your family doctor instead.
Meanwhile, you might want to take over-the counter anti-inflammatory drugs to try to reduce the inflammation.
