Q: swollen lymph nodes and sore throat

I have been experiencing difficulty swallowing,seems like I have sore throat plus,I also have swollen lymph nodes FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW.I have no fever, no colds, no cough as of now.But i did experience colds about 2weeks ago.

What could this be? and what should i do?
