Swollen Lymph Nodes and Enlarged Spleen?

I have swollen lymph nodes ( all over ) and enlarged spleen for the past year & 1/2. My doctor has done every test in the book, and all has come back negative. She also had 3 of my lymph nodes removed in my gorin area and sent to City of Hope for a biopsy which came back negative. She also did a bone marrow which was negative and sent me to an IDD doctor which she had no answers either. I am a mother of 4, just had twins that are 2 1/2. My symptoms are very tired, headaches, and hung over feeling, which i don't drink. my blood work is all normal just a little low on iron. Any suggestions? Thank you, Gottwins
