Hi,

I have 2 teeth(upper and lower jaw) which is out of place but they are directly adjacent to each other, therefore not causing much(if any) problems before.

But recently, perhaps it's due to the heat or maybe my exam stress(or the caffeine and sugar) I feel that my upper weird tooth is going out of place and its irritating my gums on the lower jaw. I had to put my mouth in a very weird position therefore causing my entire right face to ache and become sore for the entire week.Occasionally it scratches my gums with some bleeding.

Yesterday, I felt that my neck and eye was hurting quite a bit from those sores and I found out that my lymph nodes on my neck(m.sternocleidomastoid) are swollen so big i can palpate them superficially.

Besides going to the dentist(which I will after my exams this month), what can I do right now to not worsen my condition?
